In July 2016, we were appointed to find a buyer for a London based security guarding company and are pleased to confirm that the sale was concluded on 1st April 2017.
The company was not in a hurry to sell and were looking for the right organisation to take over their business and provide continuity for their clients. We introduced them to one of the companies on our register of buyers and after several months of negotiations the deal went through.
By finding the right buyer the first time we ensured total confidentiality to the conclusion of the deal.
