The Moor House Management Company engage FM Contract Watch to carry out penetration audits at their premises to test the service provided by their contract security team.
The security officers, from Ultimate Security, were faced with individuals attempting to gain unauthorised access using a variety of methods including tailgating and producing false identification.
The team, led by Contract Security Manager – Mike Harding, rose to the challenge and on 21 September the Silver Fox Award 2016 was presented to Anthony Insula by Lynda Moore of FM Contract Watch. Anthony has a difficult role covering the loading bay and his actions when faced with an individual trying to gain entry to the site were carried out in a professional, polite manner and access was refused.
Congratulations also go to all of the Security Officers who were successful in preventing an auditor gaining unauthorised access to the premises during the past year.
