We are representing an organisation who is seeking to acquire a Security Company with up to £6m annual turnover. The preferred area of operation is London, South East, West Midlands, East Midlands and North West, however, other areas will be considered.
They are looking for an established business with long term contracts, preferably with ACS accreditation, however, if it is a smaller organisation this is not essential provided it complies with all legislation and relevant British Standards.
