On 31st October 2011 Kingdom Security Ltd acquired the North East security specialist Quays Security.
All security staff and key personnel transferred to Kingdom.
The acquisition of Quays follows some major business wins for Kingdom in the North East (e.g. Elddis Transport and Home Group) and is a further strategic acquisition to strengthen their local and UK position.
All new staff and customers were welcomed by Kingdom who believe they will receive a significant benefit from the extensive services, resources, innovation and management expertise.
