Changes to the ACS Standard and Self-Assessment Workbook will have an impact on the minimum score required to join The ACS Pacesetters

The SIA have published a ‘High level summary of changes to the ACS Standard and Self-Assessment Workbook’ which will be effective from April 2019.

There are currently 9 sections to the Workbook, but this will be reduced to the following 7:

A number of indicators have been merged as they were saying very similar things and there are no longer any negative indicators which results in a more streamlined workbook and simply represents the minimum required achievement level.

These changes will have an impact on the overall scoring and the maximum score achievable will be 149, a considerable reduction on the current maximum score.  This will in turn have an impact on the minimum score required to join The ACS Pacesetters.  We believe that the ACS minimum score required to be in the top 15% of all companies will be in region of 116 – 120, however, this will be confirmed nearer the time of the introduction of the new workbook.
