Ward Security has been appointed as security partner to a portfolio of five prestigious residential properties managed by Braemar Estates, the specialist property management division of Brooks Macdonald Group plc.
The contract will see Ward Security provide concierge and security services to the Beetham Tower as well as the Lumiere building in Manchester, XQ7 in Salford Quays, Alexandra Tower in Liverpool and The Gateway in Leeds. Ward Security began working with Braemar Estates in January 2013 to manage the security services for the West Tower in Liverpool.

Earlier this year Ward Security recruited Lea Potts, who is based in Manchester, as Associate Director of Operations to establish a new regional office for the security company and grow the central client base.
